Saudi Kayan appoints Sabic senior staff member as chairman
 

DUBAI, Jan 11 (Reuters) - Saudi Kayan Petrochemical Co , an affiliate of Saudi Basic Industries Corp (Sabic), replaced its **n-executive chairman of the board, the company said in a statement on Sunday. Omar al-Amoudi, executive vice president of shared services at Sabic and an existing Kayan board member, took over from Mutlaq al-Morished, who resigned after becoming chief executive of National Industrialisation Co (Tasnee), Kayan said.
