It's important to k**w how and when to eat. ﻧﻌﺘﻘﺪ ﺟﻤﻴﻌﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻨﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻛﻬﺔ ﻳﻌﻨﻲ : ﺷﺮﺍﺋﻬﺎ ، ﺗﻘﻄﻴﻌﻬﺎ ، ﺛﻢ ﻭﺿﻌﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻓﻮﺍﻫﻨﺎ . ﻭﻟﻜﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﺤﻘﻴﻘﺔ ﺍﻷﻣﺮ ﻟﻴﺲ ﺑﻬﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﺴﻬﻮﻟﺔ ﻓﻤﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻬﻢ ﻣﻌﺮﻓﻪ ﻛﻴﻒ ﻭﻣﺘﻰ ﻧﺘﻨﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﻮﺍﻛﻪ . If you eat fruit like that, it will play a major role to detoxify your system, supplying you with a great deal of energy for weight loss and other life activities. ﺇﺫﺍ ﻛﻨﺖ ﺗﺄﻛﻞ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻛﻬﺔ ﺑﺘﻠﻚ ﺍﻟﻄﺮﻳﻘﺔ ﻓﺬﻟﻚ ﺳﻴﺆﺩﻱ ﺑﺪﻭﺭ ﺭﺋﻴﺴﻲ ﻭﻓﻌﺎﻝ ﻹﺯﺍﻟﺔ ﺳﻤﻴﺔ ﺟﻬﺎﺯﻙ ﺍﻟﻬﻀﻤﻲ، ﻭﻓﻲ ﻧﻔﺲ ﺍﻟﻮﻗﺖ ﺳﻮﻑ ﻳﻤﺪ ﺍﻟﺠﺴﻢ ﺑﻘﺪﺭ ﻛﺒﻴﺮ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻄﺎﻗﺔ ﺍﻟﻼﺯﻣﺔ ﻹﻧﻘﺎﺹ ﺍﻟﻮﺯﻥ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻧﺸﻄﺔ ﺍﻟﺤﻴﺎﺓ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﺪﺩﺓ . Fruit is the most important food. ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻛﻬﺔ ﻫﻲ ﺃﻫﻢ ﻏﺬﺍﺀ Let's say you eat two slices of bread and then a slice of fruit. The slice of fruit is ready to go straight through the stomach into the intestines, but it is prevented from doing so. In the meantime the whole meal rots and ferments and turns to acid. The minute the fruit comes into contact with the food in the stomach and digestive juices, the entire mass of food begins to spoil .... So please eat your fruits on an empty stomach or before your meals! The fruit mixes with the putrefying other food and produces gas and hence you will bloat! ﻟﻨﻔﺘﺮﺽ ﺍﻧﻚ ﺗﻨﺎﻭﻟﺖ ﺷﺮﻳﺤﺘﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﺨﺒﺰ ﻭﺑﻌﺪ ﺫﻟﻚ ﺃﻛﻠﺖ ﺷﺮﻳﺤﺔ ﻓﺎﻛﻬﺔ . ﺷﺮﻳﺤﺔ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻛﻬﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺳﺘﻌﺪﺍﺩ ﻟﻠﺬﻫﺎﺏ ﻣﺒﺎﺷﺮﺓ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺪﺓ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻷﻣﻌﺎﺀ، ﻭﻟﻜﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻨﻌﺖ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻘﻴﺎﻡ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ . ﻭﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻷﺛﻨﺎﺀ ﺍﻟﻮﺟﺒﺔ ﺑﻜﺎﻣﻠﻬﺎ ) ﺷﺮﻳﺤﺘﻲ ﺍﻟﺨﺒﺰ( ﺳﺘﺘﻌﻔﻦ ﻭﺗﺘﺨﻤﺮ ﻭﺗﺘﺤﻮﻝ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺣﺎﻣﺾ . ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻠﺤﻈﺔ ﺍﻟﺘﻲ ﺗﻼﻣﺲ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺜﻤﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻌﺪﺓ ﻭﺍﻟﻌﺼﺎﺭﺓ ﺍﻟﻬﻀﻤﻴﺔ ﻓﺎﻥ ﻛﺘﻠﻪ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ﺗﺒﺪﺃ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﺴﺎﺩ .... ﻟﺬﺍ ﺭﺟﺎﺀﺍ ﺗﻨﺎﻭﻝ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻛﻬﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻌﺪﺓ ﻓﺎﺭﻏﺔ ﺃﻭ ﻗﺒﻞ ﻭﺟﺒﺎﺕ ﺍﻟﻄﻌﺎﻡ ! ﻻﺑﺪ ﺍﻧﻚ ﺳﻤﻌﺖ ﺍﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﻳﺘﺬﻣﺮﻭﻥ ﻗﺎﺋﻠﻴﻦ " ﻓﻲ ﻛﻞ ﻣﺮﺓ ﻛﻨﺖ ﺃﺗﻨﺎﻭﻝ ﺑﻬﺎ ﺍﻟﺒﻄﻴﺦ ﺃﺗﺠﺸﺄ " ،ﺃﻭ " ﻋﻨﺪﻣﺎ ﺃﻛﻞ ﻓﺎﻛﻬﻪ ﻣﺤﺪﺩﻩ ﻓﺎﻥ ﻣﻌﺪﺗﻲ ﺗﻨﺘﻔﺦ " ، " ﺑﻤﺠﺮﺩ ﺗﻨﺎﻭﻟﻲ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺯ ﺃﺷﻌﺮ ﺑﺤﺎﺟﻪ ﻣﻠﺤﻪ ﻟﻠﺬﻫﺎﺏ ﺇﻟﻰ ﺍﻟﻤﺮﺣﺎﺽ " ، ... ﺍﻟﺦ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻟﻮﺍﻗﻊ ﻛﻞ ﻫﺬﻩ ﺍﻟﻤﺸﺎﻛﻞ ﻟﻦ ﺗﺤﺪﺙ ﺇﺫﺍ ﺃﻛﻠﺖ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻛﻬﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﻌﺪﺓ ﻓﺎﺭﻏﺔ . ﺛﻤﺮﺓ ﺍﻟﻔﺎﻛﻬﺔ ﺳﺘﺨﺘﻠﻂ ﻣﻊ ﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺍﻟﻤﻮﺍﺩ ﺍﻟﻐﺬﺍﺋﻴﺔ ﺍﻟﻤﺘﻌﻔﻨﺔ ﻭﺗﻨﺘﺞ ﺍﻟﻐﺎﺯ، ﻭﺑﺎﻟﺘﺎﻟﻲ ﺳﻮﻑ ﺗﺸﻌﺮ ﺑﺎﻻﻧﺘﻔﺎﺥ !
