Love It: Emily Blunt’s **t So Mellow Yellow: Thanks to her Into the Woods promo tour, Blunt has already proved she’s the one to watch this award season. (She was **minated for a Golden Globe!) The actress had three major looks this week (see the other two here and here), but my favorite was her yellow Zuhair Murad two-piece gown worn to the Dubai International Film Festival. The vibrant color felt like a nice, warm hug (I’m so over the cold!), and I loved that she showed midriff without going in the overly-***y direction. She completed the look with Lorraine Schwartz jewels and Jimmy Choo shoes. –Brittany Talarico, Style News Editor

Love It: Salma Hayek’s Neon Pink Gown: I k**w this dress is absurd. But I can’t help loving it. It’s fabulous on her figure, brightens up a gloomy winter dress landscape and is simply fun — which for me, sometimes is e**ugh for a dress to work. And if you can stand next to Rihanna looking like this and still manage to capture our attention, you k**w your dress is a showstopper. –Alex Apatoff, Senior Style and Beauty Editor

Leave It: Kirsten Dunst’s Boring Black Outfit: There’s **thing specifically wrong with this look, but I am **t a fan because it’s basically what I wear to every winter work party. And since Dunst is on the red carpet (seen here at Coach’s Backstage Rodeo Drive event in Beverly Hills), she can definitely do way better. –Andrea Lavinthal, Style and Beauty Director
