The head of Saudi Arabia's electricity regulator has called for an increase in electricity tariff for consumers, and also confirmed that companies created in the breakup of the Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) will be open to foreign investment, moves signaling a shakeup of the Kingdom's electricity sector.
