During an interview last night with Joan Tarshis, Lemon asked why she didn't bite when she claims Cosby forced her to give him oral *** when she was 19 years old. "You k**w, there are ways **t to perform oral *** if you didn't want to do it," Lemon told her. Tarshis was the fifth woman to come forward publicly to claim that Cosby drugged and raped her; yesterday, former model Janice Dickinson also came forward to claim Cosby assaulted her in the 1980s (http://www.popsugar.com/celebrity/Janice-Dickinson-Accuses-Bill-Cosby-***ual-Assault-36137284). Lemon's tone-deaf comments during his interview with Tarshis quickly spawned the sarcastic hashtag #DonLemonRapePreventionTips on Twitter, as well as the ire of advocates for survivors of ***ual assault. Lemon: "Because I k**w some of you - and you said this last night, that he - you lied to him and said, 'I have an infection, and if you rape me, or if you do - if you have intercourse with me, then you will probably get it and give it to your wife.'"
Tarshis: "Right."
Lemon: "And you said he made you perform oral ***."
Tarshis: "Right."
Lemon: "You - you k**w, there are ways **t to perform oral *** if you didn't want to do it."
Tarshis: "Oh. Um, I was kind of stoned at the time, and quite honestly, that didn't even enter my mind. **w I wish it would have."
Lemon: "Right. Meaning the using of the teeth, right?"
