The fighters can be seen carrying banners celebrating the allegiance of jihadists in Sinai , Yemen, Algeria, Libya and Saudi Arabia. On **vember 13 the Islamic State released an audio recording described as Abu Bakr Al Baghdadi addressing Muslims across the Arab world and urging Muslims to rise up against their leaders and join IS. In this video, a masked speaker calls on Muslims to ?come to their senses and pledge allegiance?.
