Nazaha and religious edicts

The National Anti-Corruption Commission (Nazaha) has managed to get a fatwa (religious edict) issued that forbids doctors from giving patients sick leave without a valid reason. They obtained the fatwa from the Grand Mufti and Chairman of the Board of Senior Ulema Sheikh Abdulaziz Al-Asheikh.
