A younger brother and sister left their suburban Chicago home and were detained at O'Hare International Airport along with their 19-year-old brother last month ? all of them intent on traveling to Syria to join Islamic State militants, a prosecutor alleged on Monday while pushing for the older brother to remain behind bars.
