Israel to lift Gaza siege after Hamas 'neutralised'

Jerusalem, Oct 14 (IANS) Israel would lift the eight-year blockade on the Gaza Strip only after the Islamist group of Hamas is "neutralised", President Reuven Rivlin has told UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon.
