The UK-based monitoring group Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported through local sources that the strikes hit the outskirts of the IS-held city of Mayadin, near Deir Ezzor. Local media activists who share news from the area posted video and photo showing three columns of ***** rising in the aftermath of the strikes.
