Turkey, France in talks after mix-up over jihadis

ANKARA, Turkey (AP) ? France's interior minister is holding talks with his Turkish counterpart to "improve communications" after a mix-up in which three suspected French jihadis who had traveled to Syria were sent home by police in Turkey without French police k**wing about it.
