The Ministry of Haj has an**unced that it will start receiving applications for the low-cost Haj scheme beginning Monday, Sept. 1, to allow pilgrims e**ugh time to prepare for the journey. Deputy Haj Minister Husain Al-Sharif said applicants will be allowed to register in the scheme online until 50 percent of the capacity is met.
