BEIRUT, Aug 5 (Reuters) - The Lebanese army has agreed to a 24-hour ceasefire in a border town where it has been battling Islamist militants since the weekend, a security source said. The ceasefire was due to start at 7 p.m. (1600 GMT), the source said. (Writing by Tom Perry; Editing by Kevin Liffey)
