Man killed in apartment fire

Police arrested a man who allegedly started a fire in a residential apartment, which resulted in one death and injuries to a**ther. Eastern Province Police spokesman Col. Ziyad Al-Reqaiti said the Civil Defense suspected foul play and **tified the police.
