The Ministry of Commerce and Industry has warned real estate ******s against charging more than a 2.5 percent commission for purchased or rented properties. The ministry also stressed real estate ******s can**t ask for repeated commissions from the renewal of rental contracts and the ministry is keen on preserving the rights of all involved parties. "More than 75 percent of complaints received by the ministry concern commissions of over 2.5 percent and asking for additional fees for other services," the ministry said in a statement.
