Conditions for staff accompanying a patient

The Ministry of Civil Service has pointed out that Article 14 of the Civil Service Council has defined the cases an employee may be forced to accompany a patient for treatment abroad. The article states that any such employee should be allowed to utilize his yearly vacation time, and in case this time is **t e**ugh, then the employee is governed by paragraph A of Article 11, which states that employees are allowed a sick leave of two years during a four-year period. The employee is allowed a sick leave of six months with full salary, six months with half salary, six months with quarter of his salary, and six months without a salary, the regulations state.
