About 16 million Saudi men and women do **t have medical insurance, acting Health Minister Adel Fakeih told the Shoura Council on Wednesday. He said these include government employees, students and unemployed citizens. "Only 2.7 million Saudis working for the private sector are covered by medical insurance," he said.
