Just when you thought the Fast and Furious franchise couldn’t get any more action-packed, the first trailer for the upcoming ninth film proved otherwise.
Now, the cast has promised fans they’ll be scratching their heads in disbelief at some of the stunts in the new movie.
Talking to MTV International, Letty actress <em/>Michelle Rodriguez laughed: “Let’s just say you’re gonna question a lot in this movie when it comes to physics.

“You’re just going to be like, [miming ‘wait, what?’]. Let’s just say there’s a lot of that in this one.”
In the teaser, Letty and Dom (Vin Diesel) can be seen driving their car off a cliff, before it catches on to some discarded bridge wire and whips itself over to another piece of land.

And if that’s not satisfyingly silly enough, they do so because John Cena’s villain Jakob Toretto launches his car into the ravine just as Charlize Theron’s Cipher picks him up from a plane using a magnet.
“For some stunts, they basically put a car at the end of an apparatus and spin you around and make you throw up,” Diesel continued. “It’s one of the tools needed to do some of the crazier stunts.”
“The tumbler,” Rodriguez added. “Most of it is special effects these days, and stunt doubles because of insurance, but the fighting sequences are always my favourite.”
“[The people behind the Fast and Furious series] find a way to make the impossible possible, and they do it every single movie, and they raise the bar every single movie,” concluded Cena.
Fast & Furious 9 will be released in cinemas on May 22.
