In the live show, ALL of the housemates faced eviction for the first time this series as fans voted for who they wanted to save.
Not surprisingly as one of the bookies favourites, Liverpoolâ??s Natasha Hamilton was one of four celebrities saved.
Viewers also voted for Austin Armacost, James Hill and couple Stevi Ritchie and Chloe-Jasmine.
The rest battled it out in a eviction showdown, which saw host Emma Willis enter the Celebrity Big Brother House.
Ultimately the fate of tonightâ??s evictee was left in the hands of the celebrities who were saved from the firing line.
They each had to choose one housemate to save, with Natasha picking Sherrie Hewson because she is â??a wonderful housemate and a calming person.â?*
Farrah and Jenna Jameson were left to the end and Austin decided the Teen Mom star should get the boot.
After walking out to boos, Farrah told Emma she was happy to be out.
She said: â??Iâ??m happy itâ??s for real this time. I miss my life, I miss real lifeâ?*.
When asked if Farrah thought she could be leaving tonight due to the â??eviction showdownâ?? she said: â??I thought there was a possibility just because getting to know the other housemates, I felt they really wanted me out of there at times.
â??I didnâ??t care either way so Iâ??m pleasedâ?*.
Speaking about Austinâ??s decision, the reality star-turned-porn star replied: â??I think that he was very stressed. Out of the US housemates I know that Jenna and I were very close to himâ?*.

Farrah also tried to explain her defensive nature on the show and said: â??I feel like at the time if I was antagonisedâ?¦.then I showed my emotionsâ?¦I stayed trueâ?¦I got to have some great friendships with Jenna and Scoop. They can have the lovely Farrah if they want to, I embrace itâ?*.
So, is there anyone Farrah thinks should win?
â??I really think just Jenna at this point,â?* she said. â??The true winning people have been evicted and voted out of the house alreadyâ?*.
Well, the British public seem to think otherwise.
