</p>Abbey Clancy is making a festive return to the Strictly Come Dancing ballroom as a contestant on this yearâ??s Christmas Special.
But the model wonâ??t be teaming up again with her winning partner from 2013, gorgeous professional dancer Aljaإ¾ إ*korjanec. Instead she has been paired with fans favourite, Aussie Brendan Cole, to take on other former winners and contestants from previous series.
Abbey and Brendan will be hoping to add some seasonal sparkle to Christmas Day on BBC1, as they bid to be crowned Christmas champions 2015 and lift the famous Silver Star trophy. And judging by her latest tweet, and her aches and pains, the mum-of-two is taking the challenge seriously.
But theyâ??ll have some stiff competition. Also taking to the dancefloor will be Alison Hammond and Robin Windsor; Cassidy Little and Natalie Lowe; Harry Judd and Jo Clifton; Lisa Snowdon and Pasha Kovalev; Tom Chambers and Oti Mabuse.
All six couples will each perform a magical routine themed around family favourites including Alice in Wonderland, Jack Frost and Scrooge, with judges Darcey Bussell, Len Goodman, Bruno Tonioli and Craig Revel Horwood. They will score each couple for guidance while the studio audience will decide which couple will win the show and add the trophy to their Christmas decorations this year.
