The nutritionist will enter the CBB house to put Christopher Maloney , Stephanie Davis and their fellow housemates to the test.
Over the next few days, the Gillian will impose a strict health bootcamp in the ultimate January detox.
And as part of this weekâ??s task, tonight she will be asked by Big Brother to select the four housemates whom she believes to be the â??most toxicâ??.
Gillian – who famously inspected participantsâ?? poos on Channel 4â??s You Are What You Eat – will ban all sugar, alcohol and cigarettes from the house.
And it seems her appearance in the house has come at just the right time.
Viewers watched Gemma Collins help Darren Day with his toilet movements in Mondayâ??s episode.
Ex-TOWIE star Gemma, who has repeatedly clashed with Prescot actress Stephanie on the Channel 5 show, used reiki healing techniques and to help Dareen relax an go to the toilet.
Show bosses confirmed Gillian, 56, will only be visiting and will not be an official housemate.
She will also not participate in nominations and will not be evicted.
Celebrity Big Brother continues tonight at 9pm on Channel 5.
