Negotiating My Cell Phone

When my phone was first purchased last year it took ages to understand how to work it. Several trips back to the store and a patient staff member helped me negotiate my way around its very complicated and extremely fast operation. It is a Galaxy Edge and while I love taking pictures with it they remain on the device because the won't download to my computer without help from the company.
