Asbestos in Gas Masks

Interesting information on how asbestos was used in gas masks during World War II. Unfortunately not only the people using these types of masks during World War II were exposed, people far beyond and possibly up to recent times could have breathed in the deadly asbestos fibres. Even children where these masks may have been used as props in school history lessons.
