The majority of endometrial cancer cases that are diagnosed today are usually among women who are in their 50s - 60s, after the menopause, and more usually found to be in white women. Endometrial cancer sufferers have an unusually high survival rate compared to other types of cancers, with over 500,000 women having survived the disease to date.
