The pharma industry is vitally important in the research and development of new drugs that have the potential to treat many of the most serious illnesses that threaten the health of people today. Without the testing and continuous research done by these companies, it would be virtually impossible to move forward with new developments in drug therapy. However, there is a down side to the pharma industry.
