What Are Your Weaknesses? Tell me about your strengths and weaknesses. Tell me about your three greatest strengths and weaknesses. We are all happy to talk about our strengths at a job interview. But, weaknesses! Argh! It is the one question we don't want to be asked. What do we say? Do we mention an overwhelmingly huge weakness? Do we share something minor? Do we call a strength a weakness in the hope that we make ourselves look good? And, how many weaknesses are we supposed to provide anyway?
