Factor in the fuel savings, maybe $1,500 a year, the grant reimbursements and the federal tax savings and electric cars may just be getting a little closer to affordable for the average Joe. I take a look at the Leaf and a couple of the grant programs in California. And I wonder about the Tesla Model S.
