Home-care workers are due higher pay Albany: We fully support the sentiments in the Dec. 30 editorial, ?A well-earned wage hike.? Unfortunately, as the law is implemented in the private sector, corporately-owned Medicaid insurance plans are refusing to pass through state monies to home-care workers....
