64 councilors with primary education

RIYADH - According to a study conducted by the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs, 64 members of municipal councils all over the Kingdom have only elementary education as their academic qualifications, while 108 members hold intermediate school certificates and 189 secondary school certificates.
