The National Cycle Network (sometimes referred to as the NCN) is undergoing a major review of its walking and cycling routes across the UK to ensure they offer the best experience to the millions of families, commuters and tourists who use it every year. The review is being undertaken by walking and cycling charity Sustrans and we are on the UK advisory panel. The review is helping to identify new routes and missing links, and propose a long-term strategy for governance, funding, maintenance, promotion and mapping of the Network. Sustrans would love to hear the views of as many people as possible and have set up a quick survey which will explore your views on a long-term vision for the Network, the characteristics of the routes, your thoughts on improving the Network, and how communities and people can be involved. Your responses are important and will be used to inform the review and future strategy for the National Cycle Network.
