LeMieux CC wool square, why so thin???

Oh wise people of the ponynet - I have a merino+ dressage square. It?s great. It gets the wool actually next to the fur, wicks sweat, easy to wash. Love it.Saved up for on for the ?eventing? saddle, excitedly awaited delivery, but omg the wool depth is so thin! Plus there?s no true rolled front, more like a strip on top, so doesn?t help the darn thing stay in place at all!NOT happy!Is this a fluke or has anyone else found the same? Where do you do for your deeper wool pads with d-ring attachments? (Horse health ones I have found moult like mad, plus are lumpy in places, on the two I had (you know because being stung once wasn?t enough lol)
