Apple cleans up Exchange syncing issues with iOS 11.4.1

If you've been having trouble syncing Microsoft Exchange accounts on your iPhone, the latest iOS update is bringing you good news.
Apple is rolling out iOS 11.4.1 for iPhones and iPads everywhere. There isn't anything in the way of new features, instead delivering on some bug fixes and stability improvements. On the iPhone X, it's a relatively small file at just 252.2 MB.
