Until **w, the photo-sharing app has relied primarily on its preloaded filters to let users to change the look of their photos, along with a few other adjustments like tilt-shift (http://mashable.com/2012/11/29/instagram-tilt-shift-tips/?utm_medium=feed&utm_source=rss). This changes dramatically with the latest version of Instagram, which includes 10 new standalone editing tools that allow you to make adjustments completely independent from filters.
