Major Apple parts supplier Foxconn breaks ground for factory in Wisconsin

Foxconn (https://mashable.com/category/foxconn/), a major Apple parts supplier, broke ground in Wisconsin yesterday for its first plant in the United States.
The project located at Mount Pleasant in southeast Wisconsin is estimated to cost $10 billion and is projected to create thousands of jobs. It's the largest economic development project in Wisconsin's history, and when it is done, will manufacture LCD screen panels.

It's uncertain whether Apple will use these screens, however, since it mainly sources them from Samsung, LG, and Japan Display.
