The FCC confirmed to Mashable an earlier Washington Post report (http://www.washingtonpost.com/blogs/the-switch/wp/2014/05/30/the-fcc-may-consider-a-stricter-definition-of-broadband-in-the-netflix-age/) that a **tice of inquiry is being circulated among commissioners that calls into question the adequacy of current broadband speed requirements.
