The Crimes of Grindelwald takes place in Paris, so the Eiffel Tower makes for a natural centerpiece to this cover design. Twisting out from it are two matching cats (vaguely Chat Noir (https://www.allposters.com/-sp/Chat-Noir-Posters_i10879200_.htm?UPI=F6H6G00)) and the symbol of the Deathly Hallows, with which both Dumbledore (Jude Law) and Grindelwald (Johnny Depp (https://mashable.com/category/johnny-depp/)) were dangerously fascinated.
