Gut supplement recommendations.

Looking for recommendations for a good gut balancer/supplement. My mare has a very "nervous" digestive system according to my vet... often has diarrhoea and many foods don't agree with her. I feel like she would really benefit from a supplement to just calm her digestion down a bit and allow her to get the full benefit of her feed and other supplements. What has everyone used that they thought benefitted their horses and made them see a noticeable difference?TIA
