Any way possible to trace my mare's foal?

My mare had a colt foal in 2015 before I purchased her. Is there any way someone would know how to trace the foal not knowing his registered name?The issue I have is that I was told he was sold in Germany at his grading. He is by Campitello and the dam (my mare) is Quito de baussy/Nimmerdor x CodecAny ideas?Thank you
