Dry sunburnt nose 😱

Hiya! What does everybody use to moisturise there horses nose? Every year no matter how hard I try she always gets sunburn on her pink nose. I put factor 50 on her nose every day and a extra long flymask most days I also put some sudocrem on so it?s not itchy while healing. Her nose is still so dry! What does everyone use?
