First time XC!

Went out with a friend today to a local XC course, only intending to hack around as it?s about 5miles and you can avoid all the jumps and maybe have a play in the water. Ended up popping over a few small things and having a great time! Didn?t get it all on video but we had some great long canters/gallop and even had a play up and down steps. I wasn?t sure how Ed would be as I haven?t taken him out in the lorry to have a gallop yet and thought he may think he was going racing again but he was such a superstar. He?s only jumped 3 times before and I?ve never jumped an XC fence in my life so it?s not at all pretty or neat but we had so much fun! https://youtu.be/o9jdoGsnJJM
