Originally born Claire Boucher, Grimes announced on Thursday that she’s legally changing her name to just c, which is the measurement for the speed of light in a vacuum. She tweeted a screenshot of the Wikipedia article about it, adding “this will be much better.” Grimes also specified the name c will be lowercase and italicized.*
