Sycamore trouble

so levi moved yards on April 1st and he is so happy, and so am i!he is less then 3 mins drive from homealoud out over night through the summer on lovely fieldsand every one on the yard (9 of us in total) is very friendlyhowever the yard owner.. well she has her own ways of doing things and normally thats fine we all leave her alone and she does us.however Levi (my gelding) and 2 other horses have been moved to a field where there is 3 sycamore trees in the hedge row...there is a great debate on who the trees really belong to, our yard owner or the cow farmer next door??cow farmer says they dont affect him so if they did belong to him will not remove themour yard owner says "they make the place look lush and green" and also doesnt want to take them down, she did how ever say if they died on there own she would remove the dead tree...there is no other field i can move to and i cant move yard not for another month due to TT racing coming upcan have one give me some advice on what to do to try and keep the horses safe??is there any way to kill the tree with out the yard owner noticing? (think that is not going to happen.. my husband wants to burn them :D )any advice or tips would be gratefully welcome i dont know a lot about the subject other then sycamores can kill horses!
