The six victims of Friday's mass murder in Isla Vista, a community near the University of California, Santa Barbara, were remembered by the university in a day of mourning (http://www.latimes.com/local/la**w/la-me-ln-isla-vista-shooting-ucsb-cancels-classes-campus-mourns-6-killed-20140526-story.html) Tuesday.
Classes were cancelled on Tuesday, and in a letter to the community (http://www.usatoday.com/story/news/usa**w/2014/05/26/elliot-rodger-santa-barbara-university-isla-vista/9594107/), UCSB chancellor Henry Yang and interim executive vice chancellor Joel Michaelsen wrote that a memorial service would be held at 4 p.m. PT. Classes will resume on Wednesday.
