Business Insider reports that any activity that gets a person moving and breathing has measurable benefits for their brain and body. The authors of the study, published Friday in the Journal of the American Heart Association, wrote, "The key message based on the results, is that total physical activity provides important health benefits." Whether its with an intense 30 minute cross-training session, or just a long walk, people can experience comparable benefits.
