A new 'Star Wars' TV series is coming from Jon Favreau

Lucasfilm has just announced (http://www.starwars.com/news/jon-favreau-to-executive-produce-write-live-action-star-wars-series) that Favreau will write and executive produce the as-yet-untitled live-action Star Wars series. Details are scarce, but you knew that already – details are always scarce with these Star Wars projects.

Favreau's been a Disney favorite for a while.
