يُغسل قمر الدين بالماء الساخن مرتين بع
د تقطيعه إلى قطع صغيرة

يوضع في إناء زجاجي وينقع بالماء الساخن ليلة كاملة

بعد أن يذوب يصفى ب**فاة ناعمة ويضاف إليه السكر والماء الزهر ويحرك جيداً

يوضع في الثلاجة ليبرد ثم يقدم
