Horse fizzy on top spec balancer

Iv been feeding my gelding topspec for a good 2 months now but have noticed lately he has been spooking and behaving badly rearing etc which is not his normal behaviour.im wondering wether its to do with the balancer? He is also fed the top spec cool condition cubes..
