A lost demo featuring a 17-year-old Amy Winehouse has emerged, and it's predictably excellent.
The 2001 track "My Own Way," was unearthed by composer and musician Gil Cang, then shared with Camden New Journal (http://camdennewjournal.com/article/listen-lost-amy-winehouse-track-recorded-before-she-was-famous).

A Camden local and manager of reggae label Tuff Scout, Cang told the publisher he recorded the track with a young Winehouse in his Hornsey Road studio, before her fateful signing to Island Records and 2003 debut album Frank.
