A missing California woman, who disappeared 10 years ago as a teenager, has been found, police said Wednesday
Isidro Garcia, 41, of Bell Gardens, California, was arrested and charged with kidnapping for rape, lewd acts with a mi**r and false imprisonment, the Santa Ana Police Department said in a release (https://local.nixle.com/alert/5201974/). The victim, **w 25, recently got in touch with her sister on Facebook, and eventually contacted police. She described the circumstances surrounding her disappearance to police on Tuesday.
