Thorowgood T8 Saddle fitting help needed

HiI had a template and saddle fitting from my local fitter and bought a Thorowgood GP T8 saddle. From day one it just hasn't fitted right. The red bar makes the saddle rock and the panels are not if full contact with my horse. The next size up sit down to low on his withers. Where do I stand with sending this saddle back to the fitter or Thorowgood. Lovely saddle to ride in just not right for my horse.Thanks
